My left leg is not as good as my right. i have been practicing ahtatw for about a week now and i have a serious pain in my hip/ crotch area of my left leg. It hurts to do atw with my left. I had this with my right and it went away but my left leg is hurting all the time. other then not freestyle for at least a few days to a week what can I do to make it heel faster.

this didn't happen with me so :dontknow: might just b ur body just rest it n practise other things til u feel comfotable doin it without it hurrtin

i got this mid combo on htatw
my hip just like went
for 2 days i could lift my leg up into knee stall position
but i just rested and now its fine

you probably pulled/strained either a hip flexor or your groin muscle
it happened to me a while back when I was doing a shitty little atw-htatw combo, and then before that when I did one too many ahjatws (not in a row, obviously)
just rest up a little, and stretch before you fs

happened to my right foot like 3 times pisses me off cuz then i can do anything for like 2 months :down:
ya rest is the best :thumbsup:
