Title: Some site to convert video to PSP

I already know how to download it from youtube to PSP, but what about other sites? For example, how to download this:

http://rutube.ru/tracks/1127147.html

I've tried vixy.net, zamzar, videocodezone, en.anjo.to (this site hasn't worked just once for a youtube vid), but nothing of this works for the other sites. Btw, I wanna convert it online, I don't wanna download any programs. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to the source code of the page and search for "flv". You will then find this link: http%3A%2F%2Fbl.rutube.ru%2Ff23480f6bc81df899c1a7bb5e01c0572.iflv
which has to be decoded.

%3A = :
%2F = /

That gives us this link: http://bl.rutube.ru/f23480f6bc81df899c1a7bb5e01c0572.iflv

Download it, then go to http://www.media-convert.com and you should know what to do from there.
