Title: Around the world?
Post by: usawnt_10 on Jun 20, 2009, 05:50: AM
Is it easier to start off with an outside ATW or inside ATW?

It's so stressful because I can't do either of them!

Outside felt really easy for me compared to inside.

If you're having a hard time doing an atw you should try doing one from a footstall first.

Or if you're even having trouble with a footstall you can try doing an atw when you lift the ball up from the ground.

Sorry if that sounds a bit confusing...

it depends on what you practise more and on your natural style that you will pick up through practise
